Our Roasted Mediterranean Pepper Relish is almost identical to how our family has prepared it for generations. The sweetness of the fire-roasted red bell peppers combined with a rich Roma tomato sauce and minced garlic produces an irresistible flavor that enhances almost any appetizer or meal!
